GENERAL INFORMATION:
Venusian Nailz sells handmade press on nails and related products.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian permission.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
PRODUCT INFORMATION AND DISCLAIMER
All press on nails are handmade; slight variations in design, color, or sizing may occur.
Nails should be used as directed; we are not responsible for misuse, allergic reactions, or damage caused by improper application/removal.
Our products are for personal use only and not for resale.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Processing times are typically (5-10 business days), plus shipping time.
International orders may be subject to custom fees, which the customer is responsible for.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom Orders require full payment upfront and may take additional processing time.
We do not accept returns or refunds on custom orders.

At Venusian Nailz, we take pride in providing high-quality, handcrafted press on nails. Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict No-Return Policy for hygiene and safety reasons. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All sales are FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges on press on nails due to hygiene concerns.
If you receive an incorrect, or damaged item, you may be eligible for a replacement. (See below)
REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS
We only offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
INCORRECT ITEMS: If you receive the wrong set, notify us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will correct the mistake.
REFUND PROCESS
If eligible, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
We do not refund shipping fees.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, as we begin processing immediately.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number.
